PROJECT COORDINATOR - Contract to Hire

We are seeking a versatile individual for the role of Project Coordinator, who will oversee project coordination, communication management, and contribute to project management initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for project management to make a significant impact on the team's success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate project activities, including task tracking, progress monitoring, and timeline management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Assist Project Managers in resource allocation, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
  • Utilize project management tools to maintain project documentation and track project metrics.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of project updates and milestones.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up action items.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and meeting minutes.
  • Serve as a liaison between project teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Support Project Managers in various project management tasks, such as project planning, scope definition, and budget tracking.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks, as well as managing changes to project scope and requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
  • Take on additional project management responsibilities as needed, under the guidance of senior team members.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles, with exposure to project management principles.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and grow within the field of project management.


Compensation:

$25-29/hr
