We are seeking an experienced Finacle Program Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of the Finacle banking solution. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Finacle solutions, managing stakeholder relationships, and coordinating multiple teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of the system across the organization.

We are seeking an experienced Finacle Program Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of the Finacle banking solution. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Finacle solutions, managing stakeholder relationships, and coordinating multiple teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of the system across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution:
- Lead and manage large-scale Finacle implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines for implementation phases, ensuring that milestones are met within agreed timelines.
- Establish clear project goals, deliverables, and timelines, and manage the project’s scope and resources.
- Serve as the main point of contact for senior business stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Manage expectations of key stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and vendors, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication across multiple departments, ensuring a collaborative approach to meeting project objectives.

- Develop and manage budgets for the program, ensuring resource allocation is within the financial constraints.
- Monitor and report on project expenses and adjust plans accordingly.
- Ensure the project is appropriately resourced, including team members, consultants, and third-party vendors.
- Identify potential risks to the project schedule, budget, and overall success and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project conflicts, technical challenges, and any unforeseen roadblocks.
- Ensure the program follows all compliance, security, and regulatory requirements relevant to the project.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the Finacle system with existing infrastructure and third-party applications.
- Coordinate with technical teams for seamless data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor system performance post-implementation to ensure stability and provide support during the go-live phase.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 7 years specifically working with Finacle banking software implementations.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end banking solution implementations, particularly Finacle or similar core banking systems.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, digital banking trends, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with project budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, etc.) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the Finacle suite of products (e.g., Core Banking, Digital Banking, Wealth Management, etc.).
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate with multiple departments and external vendors.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles, change management, and data migration processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to drive process improvements and optimize system performance post-implementation.
