We’re looking for a DREX Business Development Manager to help drive adoption and growth in the Brazilian market.

🔹 Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for DREX (Digital Real) solutions in Brazil.

🔹 Build and manage relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, and corporate partners.

🔹 Identify business opportunities and drive partnerships to expand adoption.

🔹 Collaborate with product, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with market needs.

🔹 Stay up to date with regulatory developments and industry trends.

✅ Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in fintech, payments, or digital assets.

✅ Strong knowledge of Brazil’s financial sector, including DREX, open banking, and digital payments.

✅ Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and engage with key stakeholders.

✅ A proactive, strategic mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✅ Fluency in Portuguese & English (Spanish is a plus!).
