KPIs Reporting Analyst

For our client in the Pharma industry in Zürich, we are currently looking for a KPI Reporting Analyst

Background:

The Supply Chain KPI Reporting Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving the supply chain performance of the SM&O OpU to ensure an efficient, compliant, and resilient supply chain that supports company’s overarching goals and objectives.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop SC KPI Dashboard and standardized reporting of SC KPI´s within SM&O OpU and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive automatization of standardized KPI reporting to support digitalization of Performance Management within the OpU
• Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional and OpU SC teams support OpU supply chain performance governance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in supply chain activities
• Generate automatized performance reports and dashboards for SM&O Management
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations.
• Ensure effective communication of performance data and improvement plans across departments.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for supply chain staff.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement among the team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in supply chain management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in supply chain management ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
• Fluent English
