You’ll join a small, agile team of 4 engineers, working in a highly collaborative and ownership-driven culture. As the Principal Developer, you'll play a critical role in architecting, building, and scaling our platform. This role has the potential to evolve into a Head of Engineering position as we expand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architecting & developing a high-performance platform using Python, Django, and Azure.
• Driving technical leadership across the team, ensuring best practices in coding, DevOps, and security.
• Collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver innovative, user-friendly features.
• Mentoring and coaching engineers, setting a high technical bar.
• Making key decisions on scalability, architecture, and cloud infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in Python & Django – You have 6+ years of experience building web applications.
• Azure experience – You’ve designed and deployed scalable systems on Azure.
• Strong systems architecture knowledge – You’ve built high-performance, secure platforms.
• Startup mindset – You thrive in an environment where you wear multiple hats.
• Leadership potential – You’re excited about the possibility of stepping into a Head of Engineering role.

Bonus Points For:

• React.js experience – Our frontend is React-based.
• Experience scaling SaaS or property-related platforms.
• Start up experience is highly desirable.
