Due to an internal move within our team, we are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to join us on a short-term contract: 3 months - 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
As a TA Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring our candidates meet all compliance checks whilst enjoying a prompt and professional candidate experience prior to joining the business in their new role. You'll be working alongside another TA Coordinator, reporting into our TA Support Services Lead.

- Conduct background checks, reference verification, and credential validation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and employment standards
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to onboard new hires efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets legal requirements
- Experience in recruitment, compliance, or HR administration (preferably in aged care or healthcare)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of industry compliance standards and employment legislation an advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
