We are seeking a skilled Application Developer to design, develop, and optimize software applications while continuously improving existing systems.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for digital transformation.
- This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, managing the development lifecycle, and ensuring seamless integration of IT solutions into business operations.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new applications and software solutions.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
- Analyze complex business challenges and structure data-driven solutions.
- Evaluate and interpret data to enhance decision-making processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and draft functional/technical specifications.
- Ensure seamless integration of applications with business workflows.
- Oversee the full DTAP (Development, Testing, Acceptance, and Production) pipeline.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain software quality and deployment standards.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and business teams.
- Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprints, stand-ups, and iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in application development (experience in the logistics industry is a plus).
- Python and SQL
- AI development, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
