Data Analyst

Inoxperience is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our client’s Data, Insights, and New Development team. This team plays a pivotal role in providing real-time data, predictive analytics, and advanced insights to support strategy and media planning, while driving innovation in automation and AI development.

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications and ensuring alignment with the company’s data strategy. You will be instrumental in defining data roadmaps, collaborating on product ownership, and ensuring data governance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Needs & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document data and analytics needs and translate business challenges into technical specifications.
• Product Ownership & Roadmap Development: Develop and prioritize a data strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring data initiatives are technically feasible and impactful.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication through client calls, status updates, and review meetings.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work with the Data Team Lead, Senior Data Engineer, and Data Scientist/AI Engineer to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Data Governance & Quality Assurance: Support the creation of data governance policies ensuring quality, security, and compliance. Assist in implementing automated testing and monitoring for data issues.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging data technologies, recommending improvements and new opportunities.
• Documentation & Process Improvement: Document requirements, roadmaps, and decisions, and lead post-project reviews to optimize future execution.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role within a data-driven environment.
• Proven track record in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts, ETL processes, and data governance.
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• SQL knowledge and basic understanding of Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Amazon Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard creation.
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and data pipeline processes.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills in French or Dutch being a plus.
