We are now looking for an experienced PAM Product Owner to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) organisation. This is an opportunity for you to be part of an international team, eager to support our mission to Protect the Bank: De-risked, Compliant, Secure & Protected.
About This Opportunity
Welcome to Privileged Access Management team within IAM. In IAM, we provide centralised IAM solutions and standardised IAM services with the ambition to strengthen the security of the bank and act as single point of contact for all units within Nordea, acquiring these solutions and services.
You will join a team of Operations Specialists, Developers, SMEs and Scrum Master focusing on planning and developing Nordea’s PAM environment and capabilities.
We add value by developing PAM services to comply with Nordea's regulatory and business demands within the PAM area. Our focus is on organization wide Privileged Access Management by enhancing the management and monitoring in PAM, strengthening the cyber security within Nordea. As a Product Owner, you will play a valuable role in further developing and enhancing our PAM posture and helping us reach our goals to raise the level of Nordea's cyber security.

What You Will Be Doing
- Designing, planning and enhancing PAM solutions to ensure sufficient level of cyber security
- Ensuring PAM function is in compliance with the set policies and risks are addressed and mitigated accordingly
- Facilitating the implementation of new designs and plans
- Driving meetings with stakeholders in order to implement different enhancement initiatives
- Contributing to increase the maturity of PAM offering at Nordea
- Enhancing robust and effective PAM controls within the organization
- Capturing and documenting business requirements for development purposes
- Creating, maintaining and updating PAM related documents

To succeed in this role, we believe that you
- Can work independently and have a strong drive with can-do attitude
- Are able to collaborate and negotiate when working with various stakeholders within Nordea
- Have attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Are experienced in summarizing, drawing conclusions, documenting and presenting
- PAM process knowledge
- Understanding of IAM & PAM good practices and principles
- Experience with PAM technologies, including extensive experience with CyberArk
- Understanding of environments, cloud management and locally controlled systems in applications, and their influence on Privileged Access Management
- Understanding of IT processes and system development lifecycle
- Familiarity with Cyber Security controls and frameworks (such as CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x)
- Basic understanding of directory services, operating systems, databases and network devices
- Previous experience working in a DevOps team in Agile/Scrum setup
- Fluent English language
- Security certifications are a plus
- Stable employment in a multinational environment
