Job Overview

We seek a skilled and creative Senior UX/UI Designer with strong facilitation skills and understanding of web development to create intuitive, engaging, and efficient user interfaces for web applications

In this role, you will work closely with agile project development teams and JustRelate customers to produce user-centered designs that meet high usability and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute design pitches as well as facilitate workshops for customers.
• Design and develop user-centered interfaces for web applications, ensuring they are visually engaging, intuitive, and accessible.
• Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Collaborate closely with developers to understand and influence the implementation of designs, ensuring consistency across devices and screen sizes.
• Maintain and improve the UI/UX design system, ensuring consistency in style, branding, and usability standards.
• Analyze and optimize existing user interfaces to enhance usability, functionality, and user satisfaction.
• Work within agile teams, attending stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to align design work with development cycles.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency designing and prototyping in Figma.
• Great customer management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with the ability to discuss design feasibility and limitations effectively with developers.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, grid systems, web typography, and web accessibility standards (WCGA).
• Experience with UX research methods, including A/B testing, heat mapping, and user journey mapping.
• Ability to create and manage style guides and design systems.
