About the Role

Our client is undergoing a major IT transformation, phasing out legacy systems, migrating to the Cloud, and implementing a new structure in 2024. As an IT Project manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the IT change portfolio, ensuring that projects align with strategic goals and are executed efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the IT change portfolio, ensuring projects align with strategic goals.

• Identify, structure, and prioritize projects and programs within the portfolio.

• Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Organize and facilitate portfolio board meetings, ensuring effective decision-making.

• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain seamless coordination.

• Prepare detailed reports using KPIs and performance metrics to track progress.

• Manage budget and resource planning, ensuring optimal allocation and cost control.

• Contribute to the development of portfolio management best practices within the organization.

What You Bring

• Strong experience in portfolio, program, or project management within IT.

• Understanding of Cloud migration, Microsoft-based applications, and IT transformation processes.

• Ability to analyze and manage risks, dependencies, and budgets effectively.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• A structured and results-oriented approach, ensuring smooth execution of IT initiatives.

• Fluency in Dutch is required, as you will be working closely with local teams and stakeholders.
