Junior Logistics Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Your new company

Global leader in Supply Chain solutions is looking for a Junior Logistics Data Analyst (m/f/d) for its team, in Lisbon office (Algés).

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will be responsible to manage the data completion, data accuracy, share results, and for analyses the KPI’s specification. You will mainly use Excel tools.

• Customers and Suppliers on implementation phase.
• Store, record, dispatch the contract requirements and specifications.
• Documents and templates collection.
• Data configuration.
• Profiles & security management.
• Check procurement mirroring with customer contract.
• KPIs specification and preparation.
• Consolidate SOPs with specialist on process instructions (Transport / Compound ops...).
• Store and record SOPs.
• Define the process and produce the first set of KPIs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Graduation in Engineering or Business Management.
• Experience as an operator (1–3 years), not mandatory.
• Project management tools & methodology knowledge.
• Language: English mandatory (B2/C1), French is a plus.
• Have the ability to anticipate risks, define and implement an approach.
• Have the ability to make quick decisions and solve problems.
