Hey, we are Widelab Product Design Studio! We support global start-ups and corporations by providing them with Product Design, Brand Design, Development, and No-code Development. We work with fast-growing and ambitious companies. 99% of our clients are global and among the fastest-growing companies in the world, such as Hopin, CloudKitchens, and companies from the S&P 500.
We are a team of almost 60 empathetic, ambitious, flexible, kind, and genuine professionals. Each of us is different, and we really value that. We value and are:
- design-driven
- empathetic
- proactive
We are introverts, extroverts, sensitive people who like challenges, those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, and those who prefer a more balanced approach. What we have in common is our passion for our work, our constant drive for growth, and our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions while supporting each other along the way.
We are currently looking for a Web Designer to join our team.
In this role you’ll be responsible for crafting stunning and high-converting web experiences, with a focus on SaaS landing pages, startup websites, and creative web projects. Your day-to-day will include designing user-friendly and visually engaging web layouts, collaborating with developers and marketers, and ensuring every design aligns with brand identity and business goals. You’ll work in a fully-remote model (though we have an office in Gdańsk if you want to visit!) – with flexible hours, because life isn’t only about work. :)
What do we expect from you?
- Solid Web Design experience: You have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects, in SaaS, startups, or tech-focused industries.
- Strategic, user-centered web design: You don’t just design websites – you craft seamless, engaging user experiences that align with business goals.
- Strong UI/UX skills: You know how to balance aesthetics with usability, ensuring that every interface you design is both beautiful and functional.
- Mastery of Figma: You’re comfortable designing in Figma and using it for collaboration, prototyping, and design systems.
- Communication skills: You can clearly explain your design decisions to clients, founders, and collaborate effectively with developers, product designers, and stakeholders.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2/C1 level: Since we work with global clients, strong communication in English is essential.
- Understanding of development: You don’t need to be a coder, but you need to have experience working with developers.
What’s nice to have:
- Agency experience: You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects at once.
- Animation/motion design skills: A plus if you can bring websites to life with engaging micro-interactions or animations.
- Experience with Webflow or other no-code tools: Ability to bring your designs to life without relying on developers.
- Startup experience: You understand the fast-moving nature of startups and can adapt quickly.
What do we offer?
- Full-time employment based on a B2B contract.
- 20 paid days off, because rest is super important.
- Apple MacBook + hardware replacement every three years, so you can work comfortably.
- A development budget for courses, books, conferences, mentoring, etc., so you can keep growing.
- A perk budget of PLN 2,500 per year to use as you wish (training, additional days off, physiotherapy, ergonomic desk, etc.).
- Meetings with experts on design, well-being, self-presentation, time management, and more.
- Team integration meetings if you want to build connections with the team.
- And most importantly, we appreciate you and your work – we know how much effort everyone puts in!
