Our Customer is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst, who needs to work in Hybrid mode only in Krakow, Poland. Applicants from other parts of Poland must agree to travel to 2-3 days to Krakow for this role.

Technical Requirements
- Risk and Control Framework Expertise: Proficient in control management, including designing and implementing controls. Skilled in applying concepts like inherent and residual risks. Capable of translating complex IT concepts into language easily understood by business stakeholders. Experienced in managing cybersecurity risks and controls.
- Technical Background: Broad knowledge of Information Technology, with specialist expertise being an asset. Familiarity with metrics and measures for managing risks and controls (e.g., KCIs, KRIs, KPIs) is advantageous. Strong writing skills, particularly in English, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication: Proven experience in working within an international environment. Adept at managing relationships with key stakeholders, including Cybersecurity Leadership, staff, and 2LoD Resilience Risk teams.
- Teamwork and Independence: A collaborative mindset paired with the ability to independently deliver high-quality work. Experienced in navigating fast-paced, complex, and high-pressure corporate settings, particularly in managing large-scale IT or security challenges.
- Interpersonal Skills: Influential and persuasive communicator with strong listening skills. Demonstrates sound judgment, credibility to foster effective stakeholder engagement.
- Language Skills: fluent English is required
