🔬 Lead Research Excellence: Manage a high-performing R&D team and oversee strategic research programs and budgets.

💡 Create & Protect Innovation: Drive IP generation and protection through novel microbial strain development.

📊 Strategic Reporting: Present research impact, progress, and growth strategies to the executive board.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

You must have:

✅ PhD in Microbiology or Life Sciences

✅ Technical Expertise: Experience in designing and developing microbial strains for industrial applications.

✅ Market Awareness: Knowledge of the industrial biotechnology landscape and its market opportunities.

✅ Project Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing R&D projects, teams, and partnerships.

✅ Proven Success: Evidence of project delivery through patents, publications, or licensing deals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with our microbiology services and target markets.
• Experience securing funding through grants, investments, or collaborations.
• Strong academic/industry partnerships.
• Respected reputation in the industrial biotech community.
