Lead and deliver highly ambiguous, business-critical technical projects

Drive architectural decisions and engineering practice improvements

Plan and execute safe rollouts of major system changes

Identify and address potential technical issues before they cause problems

Contribute strategically to team and business area roadmaps

Create opportunities for other engineers to grow and develop

Balance multiple priorities across engineering, operations, and regulation

Drive system quality improvements while levelling up others

Ensure technical decisions align with business objectives by collaborating with product representatives
