Instabee is founded through a combination of three leading Nordic last-mile logistics companies, now operating as one company with three consumer-facing brands: Instabox, Porterbuddy, and Budbee. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European e-commerce enabler.

We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we will not stop anytime soon. The Norwegian business, which is the primary focus for this position, is one of the largest and fastest growing markets in the group. All product and growth fundamentals are in place, so this is the time to push the pace and scale up our services to more consumers & merchants.

Therefore- we are now looking for a sharp, driven, and emphatic individual to join our ranks and contribute on what is sure to be an exciting journey ahead. Beyond the requirements of the position, we are looking for an individual with potential to grow with the company and gradually take on a larger scope & responsibility.

About The Role

As a Strategic Project Manager at Instabee Norway, you are expected to play an integral role in our strategic, business & financial planning. This involves assessing the opportunities and challenges we’re facing in the Norwegian market, and together with the Norwegian leadership team set targets and develop plans to achieve the desired outcome.

For projects that are cross-functional, complex and/or high-impact, you will take on the role as project manager and drive projects from scoping to implementation. In that process, you will have the opportunity to work with all functions, learn the business, and get to know colleagues from all corners of Instabee.

Through this position, you will gain firsthand insight and experience from driving a tech-based scale up.

Key Responsibilities

• Play an integral role in our strategic, business & financial planning
• Lead cross-functional, complex and/or high-impact projects
• Liaise with Country Manager and other Norwegian leaders in translating strategic and business objectives into actionable plans
• Monitor performance, resolve blockers, and support country manager in the execution of the entire project portfolio
• From time to time, collaborate with strategy resources in other markets on global initiatives (e.g., product launches, fundraising)

What We're Looking For

• You probably have a few years experience from working at a top tier management consulting/investment banking firm, or similar experience
• Further experience from a start-up / scale-up environment is a bonus
• Experience from driving workstreams or entire projects from scoping to implementation
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
• As a person, we believe you are curious and a quick learner, that thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• We are a close-knit team that work collaboratively towards shared targets. As such, we look for a colleague with an emphatic collaboration style
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Norwegian or another Nordic language is a bonus
• University degree in a relevant field with strong academic records
