Front-End Web Developer

We are seeking a Front-End Web Developer - in this role, you will work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to create seamless, high-quality web applications and websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern web development principles, experience with various CMS and e-commerce platforms, and a proven ability to optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Translate design mockups into pixel-perfect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects through design, development, and quality assurance phases.
• Develop and maintain websites using various CMS and e-commerce platforms.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code to support business requirements and enhance customer experience.
• Standardize quality assurance processes and oversee testing to ensure bug-free releases.
• Implement fixes and enhancements based on testing outcomes.
• Drive progressive redesign and maintenance projects to improve the customer experience.
• Build and optimize user-facing features for maximum speed and responsiveness.
• Validate and sanitize user inputs before sending data to the back-end systems.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
• Configure and enable necessary plugins to enhance site functionality.
• Identify blockers and propose creative solutions within company guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with CMS platforms and e-commerce frameworks.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalable application development.
• Strong debugging, testing, and quality assurance skills.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• A creative mindset with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
