Purpose Of The Job
We are looking for a Bid Manager (Mid-Level) to join our team and play a key role in managing and delivering high-quality proposals. In this role, you will collaborate with global teams, engage with key stakeholders, and support with bid process.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Represent Eastern Europe Global Engineering Center to the clients and within the Capgemini Group
Build and maintain business relationships with partners from Capgemini Group from other geographies
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch documentation
Assist in managing the bid development and submission process (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc), focusing on solution part.
Collaborate with sales, technical and delivery teams to align proposals with the client needs
Analyze client requirements, objectives, and expectations to ensure a tailored and competitive response.
Oversee the proposal preparation process, ensuring all necessary services and solutions are included.
Participate in continuous improvement of overall business development and bid processes
Education, Skills And Experience
MUST HAVE:
2+ years in Business Development in the IT industry
Upper Intermediate Strong/Advanced written and oral English
Excellent communicator and presenter
Comfortable working with C-level stakeholders and engineers around the globe
Professional and responsible attitude to every step of the pre-sales process
Ability to manage complex, multi-work stream opportunities
Flexible and able to work under tough deadlines when needed
Strong managerial and organizational skills, attention to details
Good team player
Experience working with enterprise clients is a plus
