Description:

• Responsible for management of assigned projects from Initiation phase till final delivery and closure
• Coordination among different internal functions to ensure smooth execution
• Manage content creation and production deliveries including project status, coordination with agencies for timeline/milestone perspective
• Responsible for prioritization of projects
• Client Services, Delivery Management
• Streamline activities between PO, BI IT team, Vault support teams, DAMs team & Production teams
• Maintain an understanding of Veeva Vault, BI GTM Processes, other digital and Web channels and asset creation process
• Responsible to setup calls with clients and align with production team
• Cascading the requirements & Technical Specifications \assets to production team
• Ensure execution of corrective and preventive actions and compliance to defined standards and processes
• Responsible for highlighting risk or any challenges to the project delivery timeline to POs
• Getting Project Approval on Cost & Timeline from PO & SAL
