Forecast modeling
Forecast modeling
- Collect and interpret commercial data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Analyze customer lifecycle data — including marketing responses, sales performance, and retention metrics — to identify trends and insights
- Build and maintain forecast/budget models focused on customer behavior and commercial performance
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to provide analytical support for customer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders across various functions, from sales to strategic decision-makers, to deliver meaningful insights and reports
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure high-quality analysis
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer lifecycle and business performance
- Document processes, methodologies, and findings to build a comprehensive knowledge base
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business analytics, data science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and advanced Excel skills
- Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- A proactive attitude and genuine interest in understanding the business to drive impactful insights
- Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus but not required
