Job Description

We are looking for a Network Engineer to provide maintenance and support for network infrastructures, implement technical solutions, and ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of network systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in networking, system administration, security, and cloud/on-premise infrastructure, with strong troubleshooting and automation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for network infrastructures.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and security, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Identify and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring efficient resolution.
  • Deploy and configure network solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement endpoint and perimeter security solutions across local, virtual, and cloud environments.
  • Optimize voice and contact center systems for seamless communication.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of interventions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance network performance and security.

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in networking and systems administration within IT environments.

Technical Skills

  • networking technologies including routing, switching, and communication
  • Cisco, CheckPoint, F5, and Ubiquiti networking technologies.
  • Unix/Linux systems and Windows environments.
  • voice and contact center systems.
  • network security, including firewalls, endpoint security, and cloud security.
  • scripting languages (PowerShell, Shell Script) for automation.
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, particularly ITIL.

Soft Skills

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
