Senior Enterprise Project Manager - Financial Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee enterprise-scale IT projects from setup to go-live, ensuring smooth migration, transition, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Lead and oversee end-to-end enterprise project delivery

2. Ensure Service Design, Service Transition, and Go-Live Planning are executed seamlessly

3. Manage setup, migration, and operational readiness – ensuring all steps are accounted for

4. Develop and manage the runbook, ensuring all necessary steps are documented

5. Coordinate with third parties to ensure they have the manuals, documentation, and support structures needed

6. Challenge stakeholders in a constructive and strategic way, ensuring alignment and accountability

7. Pull together diverse teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication

Requirements include:

1. Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise projects

2. Strong knowledge of Service Transition, IT Operations, and Go-Live processes

3. Experience working with third-party vendors to ensure operational readiness

4. Ability to push back, challenge, and bring teams together effectively

5. Highly organised with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

6. Experience in ITIL, Agile, or PMP methodologies (preferred)
