The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, a famous Tech MNC
• We are looking for a Product Designer
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• 4+ years Product Design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating design process, shipped work and impact.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working on cross-functional product teams.
• Solid fundamentals in interaction and visual design craft and practice.
• Solid knowledge of mobile and front-end web standards and development.
• Experience with Figma, Protopie, After Effects or other design tooling.

Job Description

• Own Product Design outcomes, including solution discovery and delivery for assigned projects.
• Engage in problem-solving and idea generation with the team and their stakeholders by facilitating discovery discussions, workshops and problem exploration activities.
• Design impactful product experiences and features; creating end-to-end flows for complex user experiences with little oversight.
• Demonstrate consistent, engaging, impactful interaction design by the application of human factors and HCI to complex problems.
• Leverage prototyping to ensure delivery of seamless and delightful experiences.
• Execute competently within an existing design system, adapting design system components effectively.
• Ensure we design the right experiences - aligning stakeholders to achieve balanced business-driving user-centeredness.
• Effectively explain rationales, insights, processes and standards in a compelling and engaging manner to stakeholders.
