About the Company: We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountants with a strong background in R2R , General Ledger and extensive experience in the month end reporting (preferably for a working for a manufacturing client). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of performing closing and reporting tasks for Indian companies. This role requires exceptional Excel skills and moderate communication abilities.

About the Role: Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements and reports to management, providing insights and analysis as needed.
• Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Internal Controls: Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.
• Data Analysis: Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data and generate meaningful reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and external auditors, to facilitate smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Qualified CAs with 2-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting within the manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Communication: Medium-level communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
