Founding Software Engineer

Job Title: Founding Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: London, UK

Work Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite

Salary: £80,000 to £100,000 per annum + equity

Job Position: Permanent

RMG Digital is currently on the lookout for a Founding Software Engineer to join a fintech start up to help them grow to the next level!

The company is working on some super cool products and this is a great opportunity to support a growing business and to be involved in shaping new and existing ideas & products.

Experience needed as a Founding Software Engineer:

• Worked on building mobile app’s from scratch
• Start-up background (0 to 1) ideally within fintech
• Frontend: React Native OR Flutter OR Swift
• Backend: not specific (Python, .Net, Node etc)
• Worked on integrations i.e emails and with third parties
• Bit of AI experience would be a massive benefit

Interview process:

1. Culture fit – Video call
2. Survey – will include 10 to 12 questions (general questions i.e culture fit and technical)
3. Live technical test
4. Technical interview with some of the team
