We are looking for an experienced and passionate Scrum Master Consultant to join our Melbourne Hub to support a diverse range of projects and industry leading clients.

As an MIGSO-PCUBED Scrum Management Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of innovative agile projects helping our clients improve the consistency and alignment in the way in which they deliver technology solutions within an agile WOW.

· Work across diverse sectors to manage diverse projects and support programs of work.

· Deliver within complex client engagements and aid MP team leadership with client relationship management

· Support the engagement lead to build our footprint within a client or multiple clients, while taking advantage of a diverse range of professional development opportunities

· Ensure customer satisfaction and and successful delivery of key client initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Consultant, you will be given the opportunity to work across various clients and industries and help consult and deliver some of the most interesting and career defining transformation initiatives nationally. You could be:

· Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

· Coaching and training team members on Agile principles, fostering collaboration and self-organization.

· Co-design and enable the adoption of a revised Governance and assurance model that caters for adaptive project/ product delivery.

Identifying and removing impediments to team progress, ensuring smooth delivery of product increments.

· Collaborating with Product Owners to groom and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

· Driving a culture of continuous improvement, promoting Agile values and principles within the organization.

· Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a sustainable pace.

· Uplift the capability of delivery management practitioners to include adaptive delivery methods and associated practices.

· Own, continuously improve and enable the adoption of Jira and associated work/project management toolsets

· Educate, communicate and achieve buy-in for the new way of working and delivering; track and measure adoption

· Creating/ Designing Jira dashboards.

As an MP Consultant, you must deliver expertise, adapt to new environments and industries, and be able to work with both internal and external teams. You will represent the MP brand on Client-Sites, and exemplify our core DNA of #TeamSpirit, #Committment and #Excellence. You will leverage both your expertise in the PPM discipline and a wide breadth of MP material and preparation to successfully support our clients.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are someone who has at least a Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or Engineering field of study; Master's degrees are preferred. You have 2-5 years of experience in Agile Methodologies, particularly in the role of a Scrum Master. You possess a comprehensive understanding of Project and Program Management (PPM) principles and methodologies and the ability to apply the foundational knowledge into real world action. Experience with the Agile tool Rally is highly preferred. Scrum Master certification is highly recommended.

You must possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills to successfully execute and support the delivery of projects that contribute to the client's growth and competitiveness. Analytical skills are your strong suit and you have a rigorous attention to detail. You are an excellent communicator, adjusting communication styles based on your audience. You are a quick learner, adaptable and can thrive in new environments. You have experience working within large and complex organizations. You are proactive, confident, and engaging; especially when it comes to collaborating with project stakeholders.

Your core competencies are as follows;

· Significant IT / Technology Scrum Master experience in enterprise scale projects with either Business Analysis or Project Management experience

· Higher education experience (Required)

· Strong experience in Agile environments

· Exceptional communication skills

· A formal Scrum qualification and Project Management or Business Analysis qualifications

· Experience working on a broad range of projects with major businesses in different domains; financial services, government, professional services, retail, industrial, supply chain

· Commercial experience in applying formal methodologies such as BABOK, PMBOK, BPMN.

· You thrive in a constantly changing and dynamic work environments

· Excellent people and stakeholder management skills
