What You’ll Be Doing
As an Expert Site Reliability Engineer you’ll play a valuable role by delivering the Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE) training programme to build SREs of the future and work on initiatives to implement AI Ops and predictive application maintenance in Nordea.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Expert Site Reliability Engineer you’ll play a valuable role by delivering the Customer Reliability Engineering (CRE) training programme to build SREs of the future and work on initiatives to implement AI Ops and predictive application maintenance in Nordea.
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Lead and improve the Customer Reliability Engineer programme; organize and facilitate the three program levels (Foundation, Practitioner and Expert), guide participants with impediments, cooperate with Group Learning and IT Groups
- Mentor and coach the Application Maintenance capability to foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement
- Proactively research and identify emerging technologies, tools and methodologies with the potential to transform delivery of application maintenance. Stay up to date on the latest advancements and share insights with execution leaders about best practices, lessons learned, and valuable resources
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams, service areas and domains. Facilitate workshops, forums, community of practices and cross-functional initiatives to promote idea exchange, best practice sharing, and cross-pollination of innovative ideas

Your background and skills include:
- Expert knowledge in monitoring, observability, scripting and automation
- Strong knowledge of Service Reliability Engineering and best practices in Application Maintenance
- Experience of DevOps
- Experience of software development
- Hands on knowledge of databases, networks, system administration
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain meaningful professional networks
- Have a trong communication skills to teach and convey messages in a professional manner
- Have a technology related degree and 5+ years’ experience as an Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Application Maintenance/Operations technical expert preferred
