Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a link between customers and development teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Analyze, design, and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
• Support the implementation of innovative IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work in an agile environment to continuously improve and optimize workflows.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• A HBO+ degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to switch seamlessly between technical teams and customers.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
