- Minimum 5 years of experience in a mid-level Data Analyst role.
- Passion for using math, coding, and data to derive insights and solve real-world business problems.
- Experience working with large datasets and databases.
- Strong grasp of statistical concepts and methodologies.
- Advanced SQL skills for complex data analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (preferably Power BI).
- Hands-on experience with dbt and Google Cloud is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Strong experience in peer-to-peer marketplaces is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on, proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong foundation in Analytics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related field (MS or equivalent).
- Comfortable working in a multi-functional product team within a fast-paced environment.
