We’re looking for a highly skilled Analytics Engineer to bridge the gap between data engineering and business analytics—helping transform raw data into meaningful insights through robust data modelling, scalable infrastructure, and high-quality analytics solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain data models that power analytics and business intelligence platforms.
• Own and optimize DBT pipelines to ensure data is clean, reliable, and accessible.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define and implement best practices for data transformation and reporting.
• Work with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) to build scalable data solutions.
• Improve data governance, documentation, and performance of analytics stack.
• Support self-service analytics by developing well-structured, user-friendly datasets and metrics definitions.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in an Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics role.
• Hands-on experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation.
• Deep understanding of data modelling techniques.
• Experience working in a SaaS, B2B, or product-led company is a big plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
