Delivery Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team. As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of engineers across multiple projects. Your leadership will be critical to the success of these projects. You will actively support and adhere to the SDLC process, including planning, design, estimation, development, code review, and delivery verification. You will also be responsible for active communication with internal and external stakeholders and building customer expectations regarding process implementations and project deliveries.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the team of engineers assigned to multiple projects
Ensure active support and adherence to planning, design, estimation, development, code review, and delivery verification processes
Communicate actively with internal and external stakeholders, managing and building customer expectations
Handle the full scope of reporting, including project status report, program status report, QBR/ABR, SLA monitoring, RCA report, retrospective report, post-mortem report, change management, incident management, risk management, and people management
Supervise and mentor other Delivery Managers, providing leadership and guidance

Requirements

8-10 years of PM/PgM/DM experience
Strong knowledge and experience of Engagement Models: PPU/Managed Output, Managed Service/T&M, Fixed Price
Strong knowledge and experience of Agile, Waterfall Project Management Methodologies and basics of Service Management Methodologies PRINCE/ITIL/ITSM
Simultaneous management of 5+ projects and supervision/mentorship of 5+ more with an overall team size of 25+ engineers
Building solid relationships at the board level
Active Listener and good communicator
Strong knowledge of reporting including Project Status Report, Program Status Report, QBR/ABR, SLA Monitoring, RCA Report, Retrospective Report, Post-mortem Report
Technical knowledge with a robust Software Engineering background
Experience with Solution AI
