DevOps Engineer

Job Description

Seargin is a global leader in tech innovation, partnering with top-tier clients to deliver best solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The role is to support Digital Workplace Product Delivery & Portfolio Manager in infrastructure automation and service management.

Responsibilities

• Automating infrastructure deployment and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet.
• Managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Overseeing version control and repository management using Git.
• Supporting cloud infrastructure, preferably on Azure, ensuring high availability and compliance.
• Implementing monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
• Enhancing security and compliance practices for cloud and on-premises environments.
• Supporting teams in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing infrastructure performance.
• Collaborating with product owners and service coordinators to improve delivery processes.
• Ensuring best practices in release management and IT service delivery, following ITIL and Agile methodologies.

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps, IT Operations, or Software Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Groovy.
• Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/ELK stack).
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Blue/Green and Canary deployment strategies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (C1/C2).
• Experience working with virtual and dispersed teams in an international environment.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications, such as Azure DevOps Engineer, CKA, AWS DevOps Professional.
• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, finance).
• Ability to pass a security assessment.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Expertise in high-availability and disaster recovery planning.
• Knowledge of Service Mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
• Experience in production deployment and troubleshooting.
