Software Architect

Description:

We are seeking a Software Architect to provide technical leadership, design the software architecture, and guide the team technically for our highly scalable project.

We are looking for a professional experienced in designing and developing high-performance, scalable systems under heavy loads, preferably with expertise in the sports betting domain.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing the technical architecture for the sports betting project.
• Building scalable systems that perform under high traffic loads.
• Creating architectures based on event-driven development principles.
• Optimizing and integrating database structures (SQL and NoSQL).
• Utilizing caching mechanisms effectively to enhance performance.
• Conducting code and design reviews with the team to ensure quality.
• Staying updated with new technologies and adapting them to the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Experience in the sports betting or similar domain (preferred).
• Proven expertise in developing high-traffic, scalable systems.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP), preferably in Java with Spring AOP.
• Strong understanding of software security principles and experience implementing secure coding practices.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in event-driven development models(Kafka, RabbitMQ etc.).
• Experience with caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached, etc.).
• Ability to adapt to a high-paced working environment.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience in the sports betting domain.
• Familiarity with microservices architectures and distributed system.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps processes.
• Knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
