DevOps Administrator

Bilge Adam Technologies’ International Business Unit is looking for a DevOps Administrator to join our growing team based in Turkey, the UK, and the EU. Our teams support many clients in the UK and EU across industries.

Task:

• Operating system administration: Managing and maintaining Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Web server administration: Responsible for administering Microsoft IIS and Apache HTTPD.
• Scripting and automation: Developing and maintaining automation scripts with PowerShell and Bash to increase operational efficiency.
• ServiceNow and Azure DevOps: Integrating and managing ServiceNow and Azure DevOps to support our development and operational processes.
• Development and application management: Supporting application development and maintenance using JavaScript, Python and low-code platforms (.NET).
• Database administration: Managing and optimising databases, in particular Postgres and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Container orchestration: maintaining and updating Docker containers and managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM): administration and maintenance of IAM systems, including managing KeyCloak.
• Monitoring and performance management: implementing and maintaining monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana to monitor system performance.
• Software administration: Management of standard and custom software, including real estate management, language management and operational monitoring.
• Incident management: Proactive management of incidents and support in solving IT problems to ensure smooth operations.
• Automation: Automation of recurring operational tasks to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements:

• Experience in Linux and Windows operating system administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft IIS and Apache HTTPD administration
• Experience in developing automation scripts with PowerShell and Bash
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps and container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on database administration experience (Postgres or Microsoft SQL Server)
• Knowledge of IAM, especially with KeyCloak
• Experience in monitoring systems with Prometheus and Grafana
