We are looking for a Communication Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in visual storytelling. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of branding, typography, and digital design principles, with experience in creating compelling visuals for both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design high-quality visuals and video content for all company communications across digital and print media. This includes client decks, newsletters, social media visuals, promotional materials, web content, and video assets.
• Edit and produce videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications, ensuring a polished and engaging final product.
• Apply the Commencis brand consistently across all communication channels, evolving and adapting brand guidelines as needed for new platforms.
• Manage multiple deadlines efficiently, prioritize tasks, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Stay up to date with design and video trends, continuously improving creative output and exploring new tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A recent graduate (not a student) or a professional with 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of layouts, color theory, typography, and other graphic design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design tools.
• Hands-on experience with video editing and motion graphics tools.
• Ability to create engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new tools & technologies.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about design trends and technology, continuously seeking growth and innovation.
