Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and industries that align with DTCloud's cloud services
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and opportunities
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Work closely with the technical and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth solution delivery
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position DTCloud's solutions effectively
- Leads conversations with strategic/high-potential customers along with account teams or partners
- Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
- Develop and present customized cloud solutions that address clients' specific needs
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring profitability for DTCloud
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with company goals
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product updates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines and forecasts
- Utilize CRM tools to track and document all sales activities and customer interactions
- Share insights and feedback from the field to contribute to the development of new solutions and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Proven experience and proven track record of exceeding sales targets in cloud sales, preferably with a Cloud Service Provider
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tools
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as required
- Fluency in English
