What You'll Do 🎯
- Lead the Way: Manage the POS Support team, ensuring smooth deployment and quick issue resolution to keep our customers happy.
- Innovate: Launch new, cutting-edge product offerings that align with our growth strategy.
- Optimize: Ensure efficient execution of the POS Support team, focusing on route optimization and advanced planning.
- Support & Collaborate: Provide technical and functional support to internal and external teams during the implementation of new face-to-face payment acceptance products.
- Strategize: Evaluate and present implementation strategies for new products and services conceptualized by senior management.
- Expand Channels: Design end-to-end merchant onboarding processes and expand acquisition channels for face-to-face payment acceptance products.
- Enhance Offerings: Identify and introduce new ideas and value-added services to existing products to gain a competitive edge.
- Market & Promote: Identify requirements for marketing materials and website content, and execute changes to boost visibility.
- Campaign Design: Create acquisition campaigns and promotions with respective channels to boost sales.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by attending pre-sales calls as needed.
- Present & Train: Conduct technical presentations, trainings, and product demonstrations for internal and external audiences.
- Compliance & Testing: Ensure all products and services comply with regulations and oversee end-to-end BAT plans for new initiatives.
- Optimize Operations: Work with various departments to enhance workflows and processes for better turnaround times.
- Inventory Management: Manage POS, SIM, and spare parts inventories to ensure zero discrepancies.
- Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with service providers and conduct monthly reconciliations to track terminals.
What We're Looking For 🔍
- Experience: 5-7 years in the payment card industry, especially in POS and E-commerce.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of card acquiring business, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Science, etc. A post-graduate degree/diploma is a plus.
- Team Player: Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with various departments.
- Adaptability: Quick to adjust to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
