We are looking for a product manager, who will play an essential role in the development, management and implementation of the pharma brand plan and marketing activities, leveraging the best-in-class customer insights and thorough analysis of the market and consumer trends to build effective product communications, organize successful marketing events, product promotions and educational activities while meeting the annual business objectives, customer needs, and drive the line growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement marketing strategies for the company's products
- Define marketing goals and KPIs
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Oversee and assist with the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures
- Plan and host offline events
- Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Medical/Pharmaceutical experience in pharma field
- 2+ years experience in marketing
- Strong overall business & marketing experience
- Ability to challenge the status quo, make the complex simple and communicate very clearly
- Dedicated and results-driven
- Brings new ideas to the table & holds others accountable
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead through influence
- Strong event and project management skills
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent English communication is a must
