You will:

• Make an impact on the lives of millions by designing solutions that influence the way our users travel, transact, and send money across Asia and beyond.
• Shape our Singapore design squad, oversee Product Designers, and work as part of our international team of designers, product managers, and developers
• Lead end-to-end work streams across Southeast Asia: Take ownership of the design for features and functionalities
• Bridge UX and UI through leveraging sound design principles to create concepts, flows, screen designs, and high fidelity prototypes coupled with a high degree of comfort in working and expanding component based designs.
• Translate user needs into actionable, delightful solutions for complex design problems with measurable impact.
• Effectively communicate proposed design solutions and their impacts on product experience, users, and business goals across teams and stakeholders.
• Improve the way we work by looking into Design Ops, defining and streamlining workflows, and establishing best practices for product design.
• Provide guidance and mentorship through hands-on coaching and training sessions.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

You are:

• 6-10 years of work experience within the product design industry. Worked with tech product companies (worked with SaaS products prior).
• Proven track record of good product design experience across multiple industries. Driving product design, UIUX, user research, and being part of management to drive strategic design strategies/discussions
• Expert with design insights, had experience growing/managing teams. Worked on cross-regional products (or teams).
• Experienced working on both B2C and B2B products (preferred but not withstanding).
