Job Summary

Person should have very strong knowledge of end to end Loyalty program and functionality. Should understand business logic and can introduce/implement or create the product from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Prepare draft and review requirements specification.
  • Analyse requirements.
  • Liaison with business users to study the existing processes and systems analyse the requirements and propose new improvements.
  • Prepare reports using various statistical methods and present to business users and IT management.
  • Present requirements in a form which can be used by the developers to implement the functionality.
  • Prepare use cases and develop test cases for UAT.
  • Review requirements artefacts and test cases developed by the team.
  • Perform other duties and functions deemed necessary by the Company for the purpose of the company projects services and solutions.
