Experience

Shall have experience as business analyst or data analyst preferably in retail or FMCG or supply chain or ecommerce domains. Shall be able to articulate requirements and deliver analytical solutions to business.

Key Responsibilities

• The person shall perform techno-functional role in the Data Analytics team of IT division of Reliance Retail.
• Person shall be able to liaison with Business users to understand, analyze and document the requirements.
• Work in a core functional domain of Retail (e.g. Merchandising, Planning, Transportation, Inventory Management, Operations, Customer analytics, eCommerce etc.) within analytics landscape.
• Person shall analyze the requirements, understand source data and propose analytical solutions.
• Analyze if source data is already available else work with source system for data replication into BI platform.
• Develop understanding of source systems and data, analyze it and create dataset and visualizations.
• Shall have good understanding of databases and SQL.
• Own project deliveries and work with internal and external stakeholders on day-to-day basis to track progress, raise blockers and solve any issues.
• Good Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
  
  

Qualifications

B.E./MCA/MSC-CS/ MBA-Analytics/ PG in Big Data Analytics.
