We're looking for an experienced Scrum lead to manage agile marketing projects, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive high-impact results.
About you
You’re a natural leader with a passion for agile methodologies, ready to guide marketing teams through agile project management. With at least five years of experience in marketing or project management, ideally within a consultancy or agency setting, you are well-versed in Scrum and Kanban practices and have a deep understanding of marketing agility. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are solutions-focused, and possess a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Your role at Bright
- As our new Agile Marketing Project Lead, you’ll:
- Lead agile marketing teams, guiding the implementation of Scrum/Kanban frameworks to optimise efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating sprint planning, team stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ensure smooth project flow, prioritising work based on business objectives and marketing strategies
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, coaching team members in agile practices
- Liaise closely with stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Track and analyse key metrics to assess team performance and make data-driven adjustments
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring transparency and accountability
Your Bright skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing project management, with a focus on agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience leading Scrum teams
- Proven ability to facilitate collaboration and communication across marketing, creative, and technical teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially under tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive continuous improvements
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and project management software
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead client-facing discussions
