Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Telecoms)

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Outside IR35)

Location: Hybrid (Reading, UK)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a 6-month contract role, based in Reading, with a hybrid working arrangement. This role is outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects within Telco, with a focus on broadband fibre and the integration of software/systems into the network.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and software.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the telecoms industry, particularly with broadband fibre projects.
• Strong understanding of software and Systems (Within Telco)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
