AI/ML Developer – Generative AI

Key skills:

• Ability to build a full data pipeline from data ingestion to processing/transformation to load to visualization and analysis.
• Strong working experience with descriptive and predictive data mining tasks as well as key ML and NLP algorithms and techniques.
• Develop and build modern AI based applications using LLMs, RAG and modern cloud tools.
• Proficient in using Azure tools for building LLM, RAG, Agentic applications.
• Perform sentiment analysis, topic modeling, NER and text classification.
• Identify and present insights trends through data analysis.
• Experience with use of large cross sectional and time series data with a strong foundation in statistical concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and demonstrating strong problem-solving band critical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to drive scrum ceremonies when required.
• Believer in Mentoring team and sharing knowledge

Essential skills:

• Technical Skillset: python3, libraries like Pandas, Numpy, Pytorch, Tensorflow, Scipy, Seaborn, Dash, pySpark, machine learning libraries (Scikit-learn, NLTK, Spacy).
• Know how on Descriptive and Predictive Analytics (Regressions, Decision trees, Random Forest, SVM, Ensemble, Mixture of Experts).
• Data Exploration: EDA, Feature Engineering NLP: Experience on Natural Language Processing and Natural Language Understanding.
• Data Processing (Data wrangling, cleansing), Embeddings.
• Generative AI, prompt engineering, Large Language Models, Langchain / Semantic Kernel (preferred).
• Methodology: Agile ScrumData Access- SQL Packaging: ONXX, Pickle, Docker ImagesWeb- FastAPI, Streamlit, GitOps
