Must haves

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development;
• Strong HTML, Javascript, and CSS/SASS skills;
• Experience with Handlebars, Mustache, or a similar front-end templating language;
• Strong skills in at least one server-side language with PHP or Elixir;
• Experience writing code to consume and interpret data from APIs;
• Deep understanding of Web technology fundamentals (e.g., client-server architecture, HTTP request-response lifecycle);
• Expertise in optimizing browser-rendered experiences for SEO, performance, security, and accessibility;
• Ability to quickly learn and contribute to unfamiliar legacy tech stacks;
• Excellent communication, teamwork, humility, and curiosity;
• Full-stack sensibility with frontend/UX specialization;
• Upper-Intermidiate English level.
  
  

Nice to haves

• Familiarity with the Drupal, Phoenix, and React frameworks;
• Experience with RDBMSs like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.;
