What you will do

• Provide program management support for Indeed’s Application Security team;
• Oversee Code Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations Programs;
• Lead team meetings and ensure effective communication across stakeholders;
• Create and maintain project documentation;
• Manage change processes and ensure smooth transitions;
• Provide overall program guidance and support to drive success.
  
  

Must haves

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Project Manager Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading complex initiatives driving strategic objectives, and delivering tangible results and Scrum Master / Business Analyst experience;
• Background in managing complete software development lifecycles and mobile/web/desktop applications, and API integration projects;
• Skilled in overseeing global project teams, fostering collaboration, and enhancing team performance to meet project goals and milestones;
• Proficient in managing cradle-to-grave project lifecycles, including strategic planning, cost analysis, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and scope management;
• Effective communicator with a demonstrated ability to interface with key decision-makers and ensure collaboration across cross-functional teams;
• Ability to collaborate with PMO teams to track progress, identify blockers, and report on key results;
• Responsible for setting up program meetings and keeping leadership and stakeholders informed;
• Proficiency in IQL/SQL and analytical skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
