At Serbyte IT, we are looking for a User Experience Expert (UXE) to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of user interfaces, ensuring a high-quality digital experience through advanced requirements analysis and the creation of innovative visual solutions.

- Advanced analysis of user interface requirements.
- Review of usability requirements.
- Design of specifications and implementation of user interfaces.
- Creation of visual prototypes.
- Evaluation and optimization of user interfaces.
- Design of navigation maps.
- Application of EEAS (European External Action Service) standards.
- Facilitate the integration of design into development.
- Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of user interface standards.
- Supervise and mentor interface designers and UX consultants.
- Experience: Minimum 11 to 15 years in roles such as UX Consultant, UX Researcher, Digital Communicator, or equivalent.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with UI design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite XD, or equivalents.
- Knowledge of web technologies and standards (HTML, XML, CSS, SEO, web analytics).
- Experience in prototyping, wireframing, interaction flows, information architecture, and user testing.
- Advanced knowledge of user interface ergonomics.
- Proficiency in design and graphic editing tools.
- Ability to write and present usability studies.
- Extensive experience with usability standards.
- Design and Prototyping Tools:
- Adobe Illustrator

- Balsamiq Wireframes
- Software Development Lifecycle:
- Atlassian tools
- GitHub
- ServiceNow
- Methodologies:
- Project Management: PM² and PM² Agile
- Agile Development: Kanban & Scrum
