User Experience Expert (UXE)

Title - User Experience Expert (UXE)

Location - Brussels, Belgium

Duration - Minimum a year and it can be extendable

Workplace type - Hybrid (2 days a week office presence is required)

Experience - 5-10 years

Job Requirements:

• Experience as a UX consultant, UX researcher, Digital communicator or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Experience with UI Design tools - Sketch, Adobe Suite XD or equivalent
• Knowledge of web technologies and standards (e.g. HTML, XML, CSS, SEO, web analytics)
• Knowledge of prototyping, wireframing, interaction flows, information architecture and user testing
• Advanced knowledge in user interface ergonomics
• Proficiency in design and graphical tools
• Capacity in writing and presenting studies
• Long experience with usability standards

Important Notes:

• CVs must be presented in Europass format and English.
• The CVs should highlight the candidate's experience and the technologies used.
• The interviews are face-to-face in Brussels, in the client’s offices.
• The client requires the consultants to go onsite 2 days a week (it might change in the future to 3 days a week). Please note that remote work from abroad is not permitted. All consultants need to live/relocate to Belgium.
• Please note that all consultants are required to obtain a Personal Security Clearance. Before starting the assignment, they will need to prove the initiation of the procedure.
• The consultant will need to have a 3 step-recruitment process before submitting the CV to the client:
• Phone call
• Complete some technical questions that will be sent to him/her via email.
• Pass a technical test in a platform called the IKM test that will be sent by us.
