Senior IT Project Manager (CRM) @ Wygwam, a Niko Company

Wygwam is the new division of Niko NV, with headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium, and sales offices in more than 10 countries in Europe. Wygwam, focuses on building automation, sensors, and access control. These areas are rapidly evolving in hardware, software, data management, and applications. Niko is a Belgian family business from Sint-Niklaas with 700 employees and activities in 10 European branches.

The IT Project Manager is a pivotal role, responsible for overseeing and driving the successful implementation and optimization of Dynamics CRM solutions across both Niko NV and its subsidiary, Wygwam, while managing their integration within a complex IT ecosystem of over 250 interconnected applications. The role ensures that the CRM solutions align with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver value to stakeholders.

Typical responsibilities include:

Bridge business and IT: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into actionable IT strategies and solutions.

Optimize Dynamics CRM: Manage, enhance, and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions to support business operations, improve customer relationship management, and create synergies across Niko and Wygwam.

Facilitate IT architecture integration: Understand the broader IT landscape, including ERP and other critical applications, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to existing systems.

Oversee external development teams: Coordinate with external IT providers to ensure that technical development aligns with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Enable adaptability: Lead projects in a dynamic, evolving environment, balancing standardization and differentiation to meet the unique needs of Niko and Wygwam.

As a bridge between business and IT, you will work closely with diverse teams, fostering collaboration across Niko and Wygwam. This includes liaising with internal stakeholders and external IT providers, positioning you as a key facilitator and enabler in the company’s growth.
